1. Free Demo Classes
We offer free demo classes for all new users. This allows you to evaluate our services before committing to a paid package.
2. Refund Policy
No Refund for Fully Consumed Hours: If a user has consumed the entire allocated hours for their sessions, no refunds will be issued.
Partial Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with our services or feel cheated, you may request a refund for the remaining unused hours. The refund will be calculated as follows:
Remaining Hours Calculation: The refund amount will be based on the remaining hours left in your package.
Legal Fees and Taxes: A deduction of 20% will be applied to cover legal fees and taxes from the remaining amount before the refund is processed.
3. Conditions for Refund Requests
To be eligible for a refund, users must submit their request within 2 days of the last session attended.
Users must provide a valid reason for their dissatisfaction and any relevant details to support their claim.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your request. Once we receive your request, we will:
Calculate the remaining hours.
Deduct 20% for legal fees and taxes.
Process the refund and transfer the remaining amount to your specified bank account within 14 business days.
